"Among the Withered Lotus"

In Kamakura, a worker navigates a pond of fallen lotus, gathering what remains of the season's bloom.  His movements are deliberate, shaped by years of routine and respect of the land.
Surrounded by layers of decay, he preserves the space with quiet dedication.  It is a simple act of care that speaks to Japan's enduring Wabi-Sabi lifestyle, a harmony between work, nature, and tradition.

"Separate Lives"

Reflects the quiet, often blurry, distance that exists between people who share the same space.  The pier becomes both a bridge and a barrier.  An immovable structure dividing two blurred human forms.

Their softened silhouettes suggest parallel lives, connected by time and place yet separated by Unseen boundaries.  The image invites viewers to consider how often we stand close to others while living worlds apart.

"Homecoming Tide"

After being away from California, this was the thing I needed and wanted to do.  Bare feet in the Pacific, cold water rushing over skin.
In this moment, every bit of stress I'd been carrying loosened and washed away.  The ocean has a way of returning me to myself.
